Inspired by these cute plates by Jimboart I looked for ways to update some op-shop plate finds of my own. Whilst looking for ceramic paint pens I came across the Posca pen site that said you could use them on porcelain.
All you need to do to set the paint is to place the plate into a low oven (150 degree) for 30 minutes and hey presto! Set and washable without rubbing off!
Here are my designs, the great thing about a Posca pen is that if you make a mistake you can easily rub it out plus they come in every colour and thickness so the only limit is your imagination!
