Now you may think that a childless, 32 year olds need for play-doh would be minimal, however I have been asked to make some recently by a number of different friends.
One needed it to replace the old one in her game of ‘Rapidough’, another for her games night of ‘Cranium’. Plus one mother was in need of new doh as her child s had turned there’s into a rainbow of brown 🙂
There’s something about Play-doh that sends you right back to childhood. Unfortunately this recepie doesn’t have that distinct smell of the good stuff but I did come across this site that sells eau de play-doh which could be added. Not sure I’d be game enough to wear it-may get mobbed by pre schoolers.
- 1 Cup Flour
- ½ cup salt
- 1 tblsp cooking oil
- 1 tblsp cream of Tartare
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp Food colouring
Mix all together and play!
Fact: Factories produce about 95 million cans of the Play-doh compound every year. More than 6,000 stores in the United States carry the compound, and it’s sold in 75 countries.
